History: Kasper grew up in a wealthy family, and his parents are lawyers. He smiles most of the time, but was generally a very quiet and mild-mannered child. His parents encouraged him to pursue music as a profession and an extra-curriculum activity, but after facing troubles with juggling both academics and music, he gave up pursuing music as a career. After college, he decided he wasn't suited for academics at all, and had a long, diplomatic conversation with his parents about wanting to pursue art instead. He'd been inspired through stress and a smaller hobby of photography to try Art as a career, and found it was another way of relieving stress and had a calming effect on him. Although he no longer pursues an active music profession, he plays it occassionally to prevent losing his touch - he also figured he preferred it as a hobby.

As a kleptomaniac, his parents have been able to 'control' his disorder in 3 ways. a) the object must be small. b) no object must be stolen from his home// from his parents. c) do not keep a trophy room for stolen items. Other than that, usually his parents inform the school about his condition but otherwise he doesn't tell anyone about it. ( Also he tends to blame the Thieves' Guild for anything and everything that goes missing )

Personality: He appears extremely immature and mischievous and can be heard giggling or laughing through his teeth occassionally. He's a kleptomaniac, stealing things compulsively and hence usually doesn't actually own most of his items. Kasper is completely socially awkward with girls, and mostly anything that talks. He's also rather conscious of the fact that he's like a natural air-conditioner since the area around him drops by 10 degrees, like all gengars. He's an extremely indoors kind of person and although he'd put in effort to prank people, most of the time he's lounging around somewhere cool ( as in cold ) and day dream or otherwise. He tries hard not really to keep his creepy factor down. May occassionally sink into the shadows if he's feeling particularly anti-social.
